Today we headed out to the Big Orange Pumpkin Farm with some friends. The weather was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed feeding the animals, riding on the hay ride (twice), and picking out the perfect pumpkin. I didn't take a ton of pictures, but here are a few I did take.
Sweet Lauren...what are we going to do with your hair?
A little close but the picture captures her sweet smile!
In case you were wondering...it's really hard to get a good picture of this many kids!

The Arboretum
The Dallas Arboretum always has really pretty pumpkin displays in the fall. This years display was beautiful! We had a great time and got a few cute pics.

The Zoo!
After having such a HOT summer here we were beyond excited when the temps dropped to the 80's. We took advantage of the cooler weather and made a trip to the zoo with some friends. The kids really enjoyed seeing the animals and we had a great time!
Almost got everyone to look!
Carson and Hannah feeding the giraffes.
Looking forward to cooler weather and more fun outside this fall!

First Day of School
Hannah and Lauren both started school at the beginning of September. This is Hannah's third year to go to Sonshine Academy and Lauren's first year. We have loved the experiences that Hannah has had and we are excited about the new year! Lauren was a little apprehensive about trying something new, but she is doing great.
Here is Hannah telling us that she is in the "fours" class this year. She was so excited and loves to go to school.
A little cookie cake to celebrate the first day of school. Here's to a great year!!
