Happy Halloween!

What is sugary sweet with three colored stripes? A candy corn! Jonathan's sweet girlfriend, April, made Hannah her adorable costume. It was complete with a wand, hairclip, and plenty of tool! We went to the Trunk-r-Treat at my parents church tonight and had a great time. Hannah enjoyed seeing all the people and looking all the yummy candy! We are off to bed before our second trip to Waco this month! Homecoming here we come!

Pasta Fun

As a time occupier, I gave Hannah a container full of uncooked pasta. After instructions about not eating them or giving them to the dogs, I showed her how to scoop them from one dish to the other. Not bad for a little one!

Baby Dedication

On Sunday, October 26, we had Hannah dedicated at our church. There were lots of families that also dedicated their children. We were able to do it with two other families in our Life Group too.

She was such a good girl before, after, and while we were on stage.

Carving Pumpkins

This afternoon we carved pumpkins with some friends. Hannah was not too into it, but she did watch for a while. Here is how they turned out. I think they look great. Mine is on the far right.

Ryan came over too, but wasn't so sure about using the pumpkins for a pillow.

Pumpkin Farm

Yesterday we went to the Big Orange Pumpkin Farm in Celina. They had rows of little pumpkins, a hay ride, and lots of animals to feed. Zachary and Hannah had a really nice time and enjoyed running up and down the rows of pumpkins.

Brooke's Baby Shower

Last weekend I went to Houston to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Laura Elizabeth Brown. We showered her mommy (Brooke-my college roommate)with lots of gifts. It was fun catching up with everyone, but I sure did miss my baby too!

We can't wait to meet you Elizabeth! Congratulations Brooke and David!

On Friday we went with Grammie to look at the pumpkins at the Plano Farmer's Market. Here are a few cute pictures we snapped.

Who knew that dipping your OWN fry in your OWN ketchup BY YOURSELF could be so exciting?
It was so exciting that she got really upset when I took it away. Let's just say that the fry was not the only thing going in the ketchup!

Go Bears, Go Bears!

On Saturday we went to Waco for our first family trip to BAYLOR! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed sharing the campus with Hannah. She was such a good girl and slept most of the way there and back! We managed to stay three quarters of the football game before she became a little restless. Enjoy the pics! The family on Judge Baylor.
